A radical better property developer
It began with a problem: a lack of affordable, quality housing. And a status quo of building for profit, over people and environment. Good Good is a new housing organisation that’s reimagining property development. Their radical new approach encourages human connection, supports natural ecosystems, and aims to not just create sustainable buildings – but regenerative ones.
They came to us to develop a compelling identity and voice that looked and sounded as unique as they were. In building the Good Good brand, it was imperative that we break away from the category norms and greenwashing of the usual property developers.
The identity had to be a vibrant beacon of hope - a symbol for what's possible in the industry. Speaking to those sick of the status quo, the strategy centred around a quiet activism with a uniquely Kiwi voice: “We make homes for good, because housing can be better.”
Serving a modern audience who seek a better, more affordable, and more connected way of living, Good Good makes a vibrant mark on Aotearoa’s housing landscape. Since launch, the brand has been featured on Radio New Zealand, in Viva Magazine and Here Magazine, and is on track to be the first-ever 10-star Homestar rated housing development in Aotearoa.
