Elevating housekeeping into an art form
Matters specialises in the immaculate upkeep of private residences and short term rentals, delivering regular rituals of care that enable homes and holiday spaces to run smoothly and beautifully. Previously called The Housewife, the client came with a desire to elevate the brand identity and better articulate the value of the company's service.
The strategy centred on the notion of a Ritual of Care: the elegant and meaningful routines that make a house a home. A new name Matters was coined - simple, memorable, and speaking to the priority of care.
A distinct tone of voice was created, along with a suite of ownable language. With an identity that's reflective of its customers' own aspirations for their homes, Matters has successfully elevated housekeeping into an art form.
